Métodos de melhora de ordena？？o em DEA aplicados à avalia？？o estática de tornos mecanicos

in this paper we present a turning machine study with the use of data envelopment analysis (dea). the main goal is to obtain a unique performance measure aggregating all the partial measures without personal opinions. we use dea ccr classic model together with certain techniques for ranking improvement. we include a brief description of those techniques as well as some new developments in order to achieve the goal of our problem. the models are used to evaluate four turning machines belonging to machine-tools laboratory of universidade federal fluminense.
