Tumor masculinizante de ovario (a propósito de un caso)

we report here the case of a 63 years old female with 6 years history of alopecia, hirsutism, deepening voice and clitorimegaly. she had high levels of testosterone (263 ng/dl) and a transvaginal ultrasound showed a solid lesion in the left ovary. the management consisted of abdominal histerectomy and bilateral oophorectomy. the biopsy reported a benign steroidogenic leydig cell tumor. the patient did well with partial improvement of her manifestations, when was seen 4 months later
