Reforma previsional, sindicalismo y proceso de toma de decisiones en Argentina y en Brasil

this work consists of a comparative analysis of union government interaction in argentinean and brazilian pension reform. the research problem is to investigate in which political-institutional conditions union confederations are supposed to be included in a negotiated process of pension reform. this work argues that the peculiarities of decision-making process, and not the demand and resources of union confederations, set the terms of union-government interaction in argentinean and brazilian pension reform.
