El bienestar de los jóvenes en las representaciones sociales de las personas mayoresKeywords: applied social psychology, welfare and quality of life, elderly young people, social representations. Abstract: this research aimed to identify the social representations the elderly have on the well-being of the younger people. in order to that, 50 elderly (25 men, 25 women) with a range of age between 60 and 70 years were interviewed and 50 young people (25 men, 25 women) in a range between 15 and 25 years as well. the data were analyzed from the emergent categories after a semiestructured interview with open questions. the results show that the elderly's representations of well-being in the youth are related to: a stable and well paid job, a relationship, access to health and access to education.
