This study explores the impact of blockchain technology on transparency and accountability in nonprofit organizations through rigorous statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics reveal high satisfaction with donation tracking and fund allocation, while identifying critical areas for improvement in transaction transparency and security measures. The survey instrument demonstrated strong reliability, with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.820. Regression analysis revealed significant positive effects of blockchain on accountability, with key variables such as fund allocation (β = 0.259, p < 0.001) and transaction transparency (β = 0.207, p < 0.001) showing the highest impact. Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) assessments confirmed no issues of multicollinearity. Further insights from Principal Component and Cluster Analyses highlight distinct segments that influence accountability perceptions, while ANOVA and Tukey’s HSD tests emphasize the importance of targeted interventions. Overall, the findings indicate that blockchain technology can substantially enhance management practices within nonprofit organizations, offering valuable strategic guidance for policy and operational improvements.
