《体育之研究》对高等职业院校开展体育课程思政建设的启示及实施路径
The Enlightenment and Implementation Paths of “Study on Physical Education” for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Physical Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges

《体育之研究》一文是中国近代史上首次以“体育”一词公开发表文章，也是中国近现代体育思想的重要文献，该文章的诸多核心观点对当今高等职业院校体育课程思政建设都有着重要的价值及意义。本研究对《体育之研究》一文中的理念进行了深度的分析，结合当今高等职业院校人才培养特点，探索高等职业院校体育课程思政建设的创新方法及实施路径。通过深入研究发现，《体育之研究》一文为高等职业体育课程思政建设指出的启示主要有2方面：1) 树立“身心可并完”“体实而致远”的育人理念。2) 明确“体育占第一位置”的教育定位。基于以上2方面的启示，本文提出了延伸体育价值内涵、融入民族传统文化精神、打造“体德融合”模式、创新教学评价机制、完善训练竞赛体系等实施路径，为高等职业体育课程思政建设的实施提供一些思路。
“Study on Physical Education” is the first public article in modern Chinese history to use the term “physical education” and a significant document of modern Chinese sports thought. Many of its core ideas hold important value and significance for the current construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education in physical education at higher vocational colleges. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the concepts in “Study on Physical Education” and, combining the characteristics of talent cultivation in today’s higher vocational colleges, explores innovative methods and implementation paths for the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education in physical education at these institutions. Through in-depth research, it is found that “Study on Physical Education” offers two main insights for the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education in physical education at higher vocational colleges: 1) Establishing the educational concept of “harmonious development of both body and mind” and “solid physical foundation leads to long-term benefits”; 2) Clarifying the educational positioning that “sports occupy the primary position”. Based on these two insights, this paper proposes implementation paths such as extending the connotation of sports values, integrating the spirit of traditional national culture, creating a “sports-morality integration” model, innovating teaching evaluation mechanisms, and improving training and competition systems, providing some ideas for the implementation of curriculum-based ideological and political education in physical education at higher vocational colleges.
