全过程审视下《思想道德与法治》教学有效性提升研究
Research on the Improvement of the Effectiveness of “Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law” Teaching under the Whole Process Review

《思想道德与法治》作为高校思想政治理论课的重要组成部分，在我国社会发展的各个阶段都发挥着重要的价值引导与知识传授的双重功能，其地位无可替代。然而，当前该课程在教学内容设计、课堂教学方式、课堂纪律管理以及课程考核等方面仍面临有效性不足的挑战。研究以《思想道德与法治》课程为对象，系统阐述提升其教学有效性的现实必要性，剖析教学中存在的突出问题，并基于教学实施的全过程视角，从内容设计、教学方法、课堂管理及考核评价四个维度提出具有针对性、操作性的改进建议，旨在帮助教师转变教学理念与行为，构建以学生为中心、因师生互动而精彩的德法课堂，进而增强课程的吸引力、感染力与实效性。
As an important part of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, “Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law” plays an important role in the dual functions of value guidance and knowledge imparting in all stages of social development in China, and its status is irreplaceable. However, at present, the course still faces the challenge of insufficient effectiveness in terms of teaching content design, classroom teaching methods, classroom discipline management and course assessment. The research takes the course of “Ideological Morality and the Rule of Law” as the object, systematically expounds the practical necessity of improving its teaching effectiveness, analyzes the outstanding problems in teaching, and puts forward targeted and operational improvement suggestions from the four dimensions of content design, teaching methods, classroom management and assessment and evaluation based on the whole process perspective of teaching implementation. The purpose is to help teachers change their teaching ideas and behaviors, build a student-centered, wonderful moral and legal classroom due to teacher-student interaction, and then enhance the attractiveness, appeal and effectiveness of the course.
