社会治理共同体视域下社区文化建设的内在机理与实践探索——以南宁市D社区为例
The Internal Mechanism and Practical Exploration of Community Culture Construction from the Perspective of Social Governance Community—A Case Study of D Community in Nanning City

加强社区文化建设，是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要基石。在构建“社会治理共同体”的全新视域下，社区文化建设被赋予了超越文化娱乐本身的社会治理功能。本文旨在通过交往空间的再构建、社会资本的再建立与公共精神再塑造三个方面阐明社区文化的内在机理，为共同体建设奠定思想文化基础。在此基础上，提出三条实践路径，即在点与面上：以核心价值观实现价值整合与全域覆盖；内与外：以参与式治理促发情感认同与文化活化；个人与集体：以文化记忆传承推动秩序建构与社会团结，为新时代创新社区治理、构筑和谐美好的社区生活提供理论参考与实践指南。
Strengthening community cultural construction is an important cornerstone for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. Under the brand-new perspective of building a “community of social governance”, community cultural construction has been endowed with social governance functions that go beyond cultural entertainment itself. This article aims to clarify the internal mechanism of community culture through three aspects: the reconstruction of communication space, the re-establishment of social capital, and the re-shaping of public spirit, laying an ideological and cultural foundation for the construction of the community. Based on this, three practical paths are proposed, namely at the point and on the surface: achieving value integration and full coverage through core values; internal and external: promoting emotional identification and cultural revitalization through participatory governance; individuals and collectives: promoting order construction and social unity through the inheritance of cultural memory, providing theoretical references and practical guidelines for innovating community governance and building a harmonious and beautiful community life in the new era.
