在社会历史进程中，人始终是推动社会前进的核心力量，但生成式人工智能的出现挑战了这一传统认知。生成式人工智能能够深度学习并模拟人类的思维与行为模式，这一特性使得青年的主体性面临严峻挑战。受青年存在场域的拓展、人类社会交往“平等假象”、技术迭代加速与技能要求提升的持续性焦虑这些因素的综合影响，青年的主体性可能正在遭遇危机。为应对这一困境，应充分发挥公共政策的引导作用，完善政策助力青年的主体性的构建、明晰生成式人工智能的价值与限度、构建可靠生成式人工智能系统，以此推动青年在生成式人工智能背景下建立主体性。
Throughout the course of social history, humans have always been the core driving force propelling society forward. However, the emergence of generative artificial intelligence challenges this traditional understanding. Generative AI possesses the capability to deeply learn and simulate human thought and behavioral patterns, a characteristic that poses a severe challenge to the agency of young people. Compounded by the expansion of youth’s existential domains, the “illusion of equality” in human social interactions, accelerated technological iteration, and persistent anxiety over rising skill demands, youth’s agency may be facing a crisis. To address this predicament, public policy must fully leverage its guiding role: refining measures to support youth in constructing their agency, clarifying the value and limitations of generative AI, and building reliable generative AI systems. These efforts will empower youth to establish their agency within the generative AI landscape.
