推进以红色文化“化人、惠民、润城、兴业”是新时代使命，也是天津红色文化传承发展的特色和优势。厘清天津红色文化传承发展的价值内涵、基本特征、赋能城市建设的内在机理，围绕“人民城市”理念中“以人民为中心”的核心内容，把握城市形象塑造与传播的内在规律，充分激活红色文化储能，是推进红色文化赋能人民城市建设，打造天津现代化大都市新风貌的重要思想动能。
Promoting the red culture to “cultivate people, benefit the people, moisten the city, and develop industry” is the mission of the new era, and it is also the characteristics and advantages of the inheritance and development of Tianjin’s red culture. To clarify the value connotation, basic characteristics, and internal mechanism of the inheritance and development of Tianjin red culture, around the core content of “people-centered” in the concept of “people’s city”, grasping the internal law of city image shaping and dissemination, and fully activating the red culture energy storage, is an important ideological momentum to promote the empowerment of red culture in people’s city construction and create a new style of Tianjin’s modern metropolis.
