基于DEA模型的商业银行绿色信贷的创新发展与实现路径评价——来自兴业银行的实践探索
Innovative Development and Implementation Path Evaluation of Green Credit of Commercial Banks Based on DEA Model—Practical Exploration from Xing Ye Bank

近年来，我国经济发展与环境保护的矛盾日益突出，绿色信贷作为发展绿色经济的重要工具引发多方关注。文章基于案例研究法与实证分析法，在我国商业银行的绿色信贷发展现状和问题分析的基础上，结合包括兴业银行在内的五家商业银行2021年至2023年的绿色信贷数据，运用DEAP2.1软件分析绿色信贷的发展实施情况。研究表明：选取银行效率值与规模报酬基本有效，效率值波动较大、产出增长比重大于投入增长比重的银行需要加大绿色信贷创新，兴业银行两项指标均处于稳定状态，其创新经验可为绿色信贷的发展提供借鉴。最后根据研究结论，从政府和银行两个角度提出建议，提出绿色信贷需在法律规范、市场活力、革新产品、国际合作、人才培养等方向继续深入发展。
In recent years, the contradiction between China’s economic development and environmental protection has become increasingly prominent, and green credit has attracted attention from many parties as an important tool for the development of green economy. Based on the case study method and empirical analysis method, this paper analyzes the development and implementation of green credit by using DEAP2.1 software on the basis of the analysis of the current situation and problems of green credit development of commercial banks in China, combined with the green credit data of five commercial banks, including Industrial Bank, from 2021 to 2023. The results show that banks with large fluctuations in efficiency value and scale value, and the proportion of output growth is greater than the proportion of input growth need to increase green credit innovation. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, some suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the government and banks, and it is proposed that green credit should continue to develop in the direction of legal norms, market vitality, innovative products, international cooperation, and talent training.
