朴勇洙教授运用和解少阳法治疗成人斯蒂尔经验
Professor Piao Yong-Zhu’s Experience in Treating Adult-Onset Still’s Disease Using the Method of Harmonising the Shao Yang Channel

文章归纳朴勇洙教授基于《伤寒论》少阳证理论治疗成人斯蒂尔病的经验。朴教授基于“有柴胡证，但见一证便是，不必悉具”的中医思想，总结成人斯蒂尔的病因病机为平素过食生冷甜食或误治失治，致脾胃阳虚，气机郁滞，进而化火，寒热互结于中焦，复无避风寒，感受外邪，邪气直中少阳。因此在治疗成人斯蒂尔时应“和解少阳”，通过宣畅枢机，调和寒热，温脾生津的方法，使半表半里之邪得以外行，为临床治疗成人斯蒂尔提供新思路。
This article summarises Professor Park Yong-soo’s clinical experience in treating adult-onset Still’s disease based on the Shao Yang syndrome theory from the Shanghan Lun. Professor Park, guided by the traditional Chinese medical principle that “where there is a pattern for Chaihu, the presence of a single symptom suffices without requiring all manifestations”, identifies the pathogenesis of adult-onset Still’s disease as follows: habitual overconsumption of raw, cold, or sweet foods, or improper/neglected treatment, leads to deficiency of spleen-stomach yang and stagnation of qi. This subsequently generates fire, causing cold and heat to intermingle in the middle jiao. Compounded by failure to avoid wind-cold, external pathogens invade, directly affecting the Shao Yang channel. Therefore, treating adult-onset Still’s disease requires “harmonising the Shao Yang channel” through methods that promote free flow of qi, regulate cold and heat, warm the spleen, and generate fluids. This facilitates the expulsion of pathogens from the semi-exterior, semi-interior stage, offering a novel clinical approach.
