基于“流气化湿”理论辨治胆汁反流性胃炎
Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis Based on the Theory of “Promoting Qi Circulation for Dispelling Dampness”

“流气化湿”法是指用微苦微辛、轻清流动、平淡芳香药物，以畅上焦肺气，促进三焦气机流动，从而达到透邪外出，分消湿热的治法。基于“流气化湿”理论辨治胆汁反流性胃炎，认为胆胃气畅则胆汁循常，而湿阻中焦易困遏气机，故须流气化湿，使胆道复常。临床中可采用疏宣化湿、清燥化湿、芳香化湿、益气化湿治法，令周身气机流转，祛除缠滞湿邪，使胆汁循其常道。
The “promoting qi circulation for dispelling dampness” method utilizes mildly bitter, pungent, light, diffusive, gentle, and aromatic herbs to facilitate the smooth flow of lung qi in the upper energizer, promote the movement of qi dynamics throughout the triple energizer, thereby expelling pathogens and dispersing and eliminating damp-heat. Based on the theory of “promoting qi circulation for dispelling dampness”, the treatment of bile reflux gastritis posits that the free flow of qi in the gallbladder and stomach ensures normal bile circulation, while dampness obstructing the middle energizer tends to stagnate qi dynamics. Therefore, it is essential to promote qi flow and resolve dampness to restore normal biliary function. Clinically, treatment approaches such as dispersing and diffusing to resolve dampness, clearing and drying to resolve dampness, using aromatics to resolve dampness, and supplementing qi to resolve dampness can be employed. These methods promote the circulation of qi throughout the body, eliminate lingering dampness pathogens, and ensure bile follows its normal pathway.
