新质生产力视域下融入农耕思政元素的职业生涯规划课程“一体两翼”课程设计研究
Research on the “One Body with Two Wings” Curriculum Design of Career Planning Courses Incorporating Agrarian Ideological and Political Education Elements from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

面对新质生产力发展对人才培养的新要求，传统职业生涯规划课程存在价值引领薄弱、与产业前沿脱节及文化根基缺失等现实困境。本研究构建了以“实事求是的职业生涯发展”为一体、以“农耕思政的价值引领”和“新质生产力的方向赋能”为两翼的课程新模式。通过理论构建与案例设计，该模式将农耕智慧转化为可操作的教学实践，有效提升了课程的育人实效，为培养服务国家战略需求的新型人才提供了创新路径。
Facing the new requirements for talent cultivation under the development of new quality productive forces, traditional career planning courses are confronted with practical dilemmas such as weak value guidance, disconnection from industrial frontiers, and lack of cultural foundation. This study constructs a novel curriculum model characterized by “one body with two wings” where “realistic career development” serves as the core, supported by “value guidance through agrarian ideological and political education” and “direction empowerment through new quality productive forces”. Through theoretical construction and case design, this model transforms farming wisdom into operable teaching practices, effectively enhancing the educational effectiveness of the curriculum and providing an innovative pathway for cultivating new talents that meet national strategic needs.
