新形势下地方高校本科毕业生高质量充分就业问题研究
Research on High-Quality and Full Employment of Undergraduates in Local Universities under the New Situation

随着我国经济转型升级和高等教育普及化深入发展，地方高校本科毕业生就业面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文从分析新形势下地方高校本科毕业生就业现状入手，系统探讨了影响毕业生高质量充分就业的结构性矛盾、就业指导服务短板以及外部环境制约等因素，并从招生–培养–就业联动机制优化、职业生涯教育体系创新以及政策支持体系完善等维度，提出促进地方高校本科毕业生高质量充分就业的对策建议。研究表明，实现毕业生高质量就业需要政府、高校、用人单位及毕业生多方协同，构建系统性、全过程、全方位的就业促进体系。
With the ongoing economic transformation and upgrading in China and the deepening popularization of higher education, graduates from local universities face unprecedented challenges and opportunities in employment. This paper begins by analyzing the current employment situation of undergraduate graduates from local universities under the new circumstances, systematically examines the structural contradictions affecting high-quality and sufficient employment, the shortcomings of employment guidance services, and the constraints of the external environment. It then proposes countermeasures from the perspectives of optimizing the admission-training-employment linkage mechanism, innovating the career education system, and improving policy support. The study shows that achieving high-quality employment for graduates requires coordinated efforts among the government, universities, employers, and the graduates themselves, and the construction of a systematic, whole-process, and comprehensive employment promotion system.
