新时代职业教育赋能区域经济高质量发展研究
Research on Empowering Regional Economic High-Quality Development with New Era Vocational Education

当前中国经济正迈向高质量发展的新阶段，本研究旨在深入探讨新时代背景下职业教育如何有效激发内生动力，提供前瞻性策略。采用多层次综合方法，系统梳理国内外职业教育与区域经济协同发展理论，构建职业教育赋能区域经济高质量发展的多维度分析框架。研究表明，职业教育通过精准培养技术技能人才、深化产教融合与协同创新，成为赋能区域经济高质量发展的关键力量。然而，其发展仍面临人才培养与产业需求结构性错位、产教融合深度不足、区域适应性策略缺乏及制度协同待健全等突出挑战。针对上述困境，本研究提出了一套系统性创新策略，包括着力构建紧密高效的产教融合协同育人生态、动态优化专业结构以精准对接产业需求、全方位提升区域服务能力以促进协调发展，以及进一步完善法律法规与强化跨部门政策协同。本研究希冀为新时代职业教育的改革与发展提供有益的理论参考与实践启示。
Currently, the Chinese economy is transitioning into a new stage of high-quality development. This study aims to deeply explore how vocational education can effectively stimulate its endogenous (endogenous driving forces) and provide forward-looking strategies within this new era. Adopting a multi-level comprehensive approach, we systematically review domestic and international theories on vocational education and regional economic synergistic development. Subsequently, we construct a multi-dimensional analytical framework that elucidates how vocational education empowers high-quality regional economic development. Our findings indicate that vocational education emerges as a pivotal force in empowering high-quality regional economic development by precisely cultivating skilled technical talents and deepening the integration of industry and education, alongside collaborative innovation. However, its development still faces prominent challenges, including structural mismatches between talent cultivation and industrial demand, insufficient depth in industry-education integration, a lack of regional adaptive strategies, and incomplete institutional synergy. In response to these dilemmas, this study proposes a set of systematic innovative strategies. These include vigorously constructing a tightly integrated and highly efficient collaborative talent cultivation ecosystem between industry and education, dynamically optimizing professional structures to precisely align with industrial demands, comprehensively enhancing regional service capabilities to promote coordinated development, and further improving laws and regulations while strengthening cross-departmental policy synergy. This research endeavors to offer valuable theoretical references and practical insights for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.
