《论语》人本思想视域下高校思想政治教育价值探析

《论语》作为孔子思想的核心载体，蕴含了丰富的教育智慧，特别是针对人的全面发展所提出的教育目标、内容和方法，对当今青年学生的培养具有深远的借鉴价值。其核心思想“仁”不仅是中华传统文化的精髓，也是儒家道德观的精华。《论语》中的人本思想与高校思想政治教育中“以人为本”的理念紧密契合，二者的共同目标是培养高素质、德才兼备的人才。因此，探讨如何更有效地借鉴《论语》中的人本思想具有重要的现实意义。本文将从学校、教师、学生三个层面分析《论语》人本思想在高校思想政治教育中的价值，为推动教育改革和发展提供新动力与方向。
The Analects of Confucius, as the core carrier of Confucius’ thought, contains rich educational wisdom, especially the educational goals, contents and methods for the comprehensive development of human beings, which have far-reaching reference value for the cultivation of today’s young students. Its core idea “Ren” is not only the essence of traditional Chinese culture, but also the essence of Confucian morality. The humanistic ideology in the Analects of Confucius closely matches the concept of “people-oriented” in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the common goal of the two is to cultivate high-quality, moral and talented people. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore how to more effectively draw on the humanistic ideology of The Analects of Confucius. This paper will analyze the value of the humanistic thought of The Analects of Confucius in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the three levels of schools, teachers and students, in order to promote educational reform and development to provide a new impetus and direction.
