乡村振兴战略下乡村教师队伍建设的困境与出路

Abstract:
农村教育是乡村振兴战略的基石,而乡村教师队伍则是基石中的关键。本文深入剖析乡村振兴战略下乡村教师队伍建设面临的困境,如教师流失严重、年龄与学科结构失衡、培训体系不完善等。同时,从政策扶持、待遇提升、专业发展等多维度探讨切实可行的出路,并结合湖北省、垣曲县等地的成功案例,为加强乡村教师队伍建设、推动农村教育高质量发展、助力乡村振兴提供理论支撑与实践指导。
Rural education serves as the cornerstone of the rural revitalization strategy, and the rural teaching staff is the key to this cornerstone. This paper deeply analyzes the dilemmas faced in the construction of rural teaching staff under the rural revitalization strategy, such as severe teacher turnover, imbalanced age and subject structures, and imperfect training systems. Meanwhile, it explores practical solutions from multiple dimensions including policy support, salary improvement, and professional development, and combines successful cases from regions like Hubei Province and Yuanqu County to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for strengthening the construction of rural teaching staff, promoting high-quality development of rural education, and boosting rural revitalization.
