仁慈冥想在心理干预中的研究进展

Abstract:
仁慈冥想(loving-Kindness Meditation LKM)作为是一种佛教禅修练习的传统,目的在于培养对自己和他人的仁慈和慈悲之心(梵文:metta)是指希望自己与他人幸福和快乐,并通过冥想练习消除以自我为中心的倾向和使最初的行为与慈善态度相吻合,国外目前在心理治疗领域进行了广泛的研究。本文通过查阅相关仁慈冥想研究的文献并进行梳理,介绍仁慈冥想的内涵、常用范式和仁慈冥想对神经、生物机制的影响,并进一步拓宽未来的研究思路。
Loving-Kindness Meditation (LKM) as is a tradition of Buddhist meditation practice aimed at cultivating kindness and compassion for oneself and others (Sanskrit: metta) refers to the desire to be happy and joyful for oneself and others, and through the practice of meditation eliminates self-centered tendencies and aligns initial behavior with an attitude of philanthropy, and is currently the subject of extensive research in the field of psychotherapy abroad. Extensive research is currently being conducted in the field of psychotherapy. In this paper, we review the literature on the study of mercy meditation and sort it out to introduce the connotation of mercy meditation, the commonly used paradigms and the effects of mercy meditation on the neural and biological mechanisms, and to further broaden the ideas of future research.
