西部地区社区老年心理服务体系质性研究
The Research Focuses on Current State of Community-Based Social Geriatric Psychological Service System in Western China

随着中国老龄化越加严重，对老年人心理问题的关注和干预尤为重要。社会老年心理服务体系致力于为老年人提供全面、专业的心理支持和服务。本研究通过到四川省和云南省的社区深入调研，通过问卷、访谈等方式把握西部地区社区社会老年心理服务现状与需求。结果显示，西部地区总体上缺乏对社区社会老年心理服务体系的制度制定、监管机制、评估机制。社区对于老年人的服务主要集中在生理、生活便捷方面，关于心理方面的服务只占据其中的一小块。对于开展心理服务的困难，主要集中在居民的意识、经费、人手不足等几方面。基于调查发现，从体系的制度–监管–供给–评估方面提出一些意见。
As China’s aging population becomes more and more serious, it is particularly important to pay attention to and intervene in the psychological problems of the elderly. The social geriatric psychological service system is committed to providing comprehensive and professional psychological support and services for the elderly. Through in-depth investigation of communities in Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province, this study grasped the current situation and demand of social geriatric psychological services in communities in western China through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the western region generally lacks the system formulation, supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism of the community social geriatric psychological service system. Community services for the elderly mainly focus on physical and convenient life, and psychological services only occupy a small part of them. As for the difficulties in developing psychological services, they mainly focus on the awareness of residents, funds, and insufficient manpower. Based on the findings of the survey, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of system-regulation-supply-evaluation.
