刘旭东教授基于“营卫和则愈”论治汗证的经验
Prof. Xudong Liu’s Experience in Treating Sweating Syndrome Based on the Theory of “When Ying and Wei Are in Harmony, One Will Be Cured”

现代医学把全身或局部汗出过多的疾病统称为多汗症，其病因病机尚未明确。广西岐黄学者刘旭东教授基于中医辨证论治理论，认为汗证是临床杂病中较为常见的一个病证，并提出“营卫和则愈”的思想，以阴阳失调、营卫不和为核心病机，主张以平秘阴阳、调和营卫为基本治则，方用桂枝加黄芪汤益气解表、固阳补虚，临床疗效显著。研究总结刘旭东教授从营卫论治汗证的临床经验，以期为临床治疗汗证提供思路。
Modern medicine collectively refers to diseases with excessive sweating of the whole body or local area as hyperhidrosis, the etiology of which has not yet been clarified. Based on the theory of identification and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, Prof. Liu Xudong, a scholar of Qihuang in Guangxi, believes that hyperhidrosis is one of the more common clinical diseases, and puts forward the idea of “When Ying and Wei are in harmony, one will be cured”, which takes Yin and Yang imbalance and Ying-Wei disharmony as the core pathogenesis, and advocates the use of flat secretion of Yin and Yang, and the regulation of Ying-Wei as the basic treatment principle, and the formula of Gui Zhi plus Astragalus Soup is beneficial to Qi, relieving epidermis, consolidating Yang and replenishing emptiness. The study summarizes the clinical experience of Prof. Xudong Liu in treating sweating syndrome from the theory of Ying and Wei, in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of sweating syndrome.
