森林可持续经营背景下山东省药乡林场高质量发展路径
Path of High-Quality Development of Yaoxiang Forest Farm of Shandong Province in the Context of Sustainable Forest Management

为推动山东省药乡林场在森林可持续经营背景下的高质量发展，本文通过实地调研与文献分析，探究其自然资源现状、森林经营问题及高质量发展潜力。研究表明，药乡林场存在林分结构单一、产业转化不足、专业人才短缺等问题，同时在地理区位、管理体制、基础设施等方面也具有优势，并针对性提出实施科学森林经营、推动产业融合发展、强化科技支撑等发展路径，为国有林场高质量发展提供实践参考。
In order to promote the high-quality development of Yaxiang Forest Farm of Shandong Province in the context of sustainable forest management, this paper explores the current situation of its natural resources, forest management problems, and potential for high-quality development through field research and literature analysis. The study shows that there are problems such as simple forest structure, insufficient industrial transformation, shortage of professional talents, etc., as well as advantages in geographic location, management system, infrastructure, etc. The paper puts forward the development paths of implementing scientific forest management, promoting the integrated development of industry, and strengthening scientific and technological support, so as to provide practical references for the high-quality development of state-owned forest farms.
