李寿彭运用腹痛宁治疗胃痛的经验探讨

胃痛是以上腹部胃脘处疼痛为主要临床表现的一种常见病症。李寿彭认为，情志不畅、饮食不节、久病体虚导致气机郁滞，“不通则痛”，从而引发胃脘痛。其主要病机为气机郁滞，重在脾升胃降失常和肝失疏泄，以疏肝健脾，和胃止痛为治疗大法，运用自拟方腹痛宁为主方进行治疗，方中以辛温与苦寒药物调节气机，擅用药对配伍增强疗效，同时注重情志调畅、饮食起居有常，使脏腑功能协调，全身气机调畅，“通则不痛”，达到消除胃脘疼痛的目的，疗效显著。
Stomach pain is a common clinical condition characterized by pain in the upper abdomen and epigastric region. Shoupeng Li believes that emotional instability, irregular diet, and prolonged illness can lead to stagnation of qi, “causing pain when not connected”, which in turn triggers epigastric pain. The main pathogenesis is qi stagnation, with a focus on spleen ascending and stomach descending disorders, as well as liver dysfunction and diarrhea. The treatment method is to soothe the liver and spleen, harmonize the stomach and relieve pain. The self-formulated formula, Futongning, is used as the main formula for treatment. The formula uses Xin Wen and Ku Han drugs to regulate qi, and the combination of drugs enhances the therapeutic effect. He also pays attention to emotional regulation and regular diet and daily life, so as to coordinate the functions of the organs, regulate the qi of the whole body, “unobstructed flow means no pain”, and achieve the goal of eliminating stomach pain.
