应用型民办高校“双创 + 专业 + 思政”新型教育体系构建研究

随着我国经济发展进入新常态，“大众创业，万众创新”已上升为国家战略，创新创业教育已成为我国高等教育近年来理论和实践的双热点，大学生就业除了要求过硬技能本领，还需具备优良综合素质，思想政治教育在大学生创新创业教育中具有定向作用、引领作用，能够助力大学生坚定理想信念，积极推行创新创业教育产业。应用型本科高校作为服务地方社会的教育载体，把“双创 + 专业 + 思政”新型教育体系构建研究有机融合，是回应教育培养人、发展人和完善人的现实需要，也是高校立德树人的责任。本研究旨在探讨如何充分利用现代产业学院产学研平台，以提升应用型人才培养质量，特别是在实践教学、师资队伍建设、课程体系改革和创新能力培养等方面，研究将紧扣应用型高校的办学定位，分析产学研平台在应用型人才培养中的作用机制，探讨存在的问题与挑战，并提出相应的策略和建议。通过本研究，期望为应用型高校在新时期背景下的人才培养模式提供理论支持和实践指导，以更好地服务于区域经济发展和社会进步。
As our country’s economic development has entered a new normal, “mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation” has risen to a national strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a double hotspot of theory and practice in our country’s higher education in recent years, college students’ employment requires not only excellent skills, but also excellent comprehensive quality. Ideological and political education has a directional role and a leading role in college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, which can help college students strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and actively promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education industry. As an educational carrier serving the local society, application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities integrate the research on the construction of a new education system of “double innovation + professional + ideological and political” organically, which is a response to the practical needs of education to cultivate, develop and improve people, and is also the responsibility of colleges and universities to build people through morality. This study aims to explore how to make full use of the production-learning-research platform of modern industrial colleges to improve the quality of application-oriented talents training, especially in practical teaching, teacher team construction, curriculum system reform and innovation ability training. The research will closely follow the orientation of application-oriented colleges and universities, analyze the function mechanism of the production-learning-research platform in the training of application-oriented talents, discuss the existing problems and challenges, and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. Through this research, it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the talent training model of application-oriented universities in the new era, so as to better serve
