浅析取类比象思维在皮肤病经验方中的应用
Application of the Thinking Way of Knowing the Commonality and Particularity of Contradictions in Dermatological Empirical Prescriptions

古人在天人相应观的影响下，认为自然界的变化与人体的生命活动存在一定的关系。而取类比象思维就是在这种关系下衍生出来的。取类比象也是基于“天人合一”和“同气相求”的原理，将人与自然紧密联系，是中医学整体观念的一部分。皮肤科领域诸多经验方都巧妙运用了此种思维。虽然这种思维目前并没有足够的研究能够完全证实它的可靠性，但是某些药物药理研究的功效方向与取类比象思维的用药方向是一致的。本文着重浅析“取类比象”思维在皮肤病经验方，中药用药，饮食禁忌上的应用。
Under the influence of the view of the correspondence between heaven and man, the ancients believed that there was a certain relationship between changes in nature and life activities of the human body. The thinking way of knowing the commonality and particularity of contradictions is derived from this relationship. It is also based on the principles of “unity of heaven and man” and “seeking the same thing”, closely linking man and nature, and is part of the holistic concept of Chinese medicine. Many empirical prescriptions in the field of dermatology make skillful use of this kind of thinking. Although there is not enough research to confirm the reliability of this thinking, the direction of the efficacy of certain drugs in pharmacological research is consistent with the direction of the thinking way to the use of drugs. This article focuses on the application of the thinking way of knowing the commonality and particularity of contradictions in dermatological empirical prescriptions, traditional Chinese medicine, and dietary taboos.
