Abstract:

本研究聚焦大学英语新形态教材使用实践,基于自传叙事研究法探究新形态教材使用与教师专业发展的互动关系。研究提出应构建“教材开发–教学实践–专业成长”三位一体的协同体系,通过建立教材建设学分认证体系、开发教师协同创作云平台、完善数字教材动态评价标准等创新机制,使新形态教材建设与使用深度支持教师专业发展。
This study focuses on teaching practice of college English with the use of new forms of textbooks, exploring the interactive relationship between textbook use and teachers’ professional development through an autobiographical narrative research approach. The study proposes the establishment of a trinity collaborative system of “textbook development-teaching practice-teachers’ professional growth”, and advocates for innovative mechanisms such as the establishment of a credit certification system for textbook construction, the development of a platform for collaborative teacher creation, and the improvement of dynamic evaluation standards for digital textbooks, so that the development and use of new forms of textbooks can deeply support teachers’ professional development.
