劳动教育融入地方高校“大思政课”建设的应然逻辑、现实困境及实践路径
The Normative Logic, Practical Dilemmas, and Implementation Pathways of Integrating Labor Education into the Construction of “Holistic Ideological and Political Education” in Local Universities

当前，各高校积极探索劳动教育的实践路径。劳动教育作为五育融合的关键枢纽，融入“大思政课”建设已成为破解育人碎片化难题的重要选择。地方高校作为区域性人才培养的主阵地，基于落实立德树人的根本任务，从育人价值目标的深层耦合、教育强国建设的政策驱动、马克思主义劳动哲学思想指导的应然逻辑出发。文章分析当前融合过程中存在的目的模糊、形式单一、效果欠佳的困境，进一步提出加强价值共创助推实现育人目标、注重平台运用拓展劳育资源、突出地方高校特色提升“劳动 + 思政”育人实效的实践路径，以期为新时代地方高校人才培养提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Currently, universities are actively exploring practical pathways for labor education. As a pivotal element within the fivefold education integration framework, the integration of labor education into “Holistic Ideological and Political Education” has emerged as a critical strategy to tackle fragmented educational practices. Serving as primary hubs for cultivating regional talent, local universities—guided by the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education—proceed from the normative logic of deep alignment in educational value objectives, policy imperatives for building an education-powered nation, and the necessity of collaborative educational mechanisms. This study analyzes current challenges in integration, including ambiguous objectives, monotonous approaches, and suboptimal outcomes. It further proposes actionable pathways: enhancing value co-creation to advance educational goals, leveraging digital platforms to expand labor education resources, and innovating teaching models to strengthen the synergistic efficacy of “labor + ideological-political” education. These recommendations aim to offer theoretical and practical insights for talent cultivation in local universities during the new era.
