三全育人视域下书院制社区化育人协同路径——基于河南财经政法大学双院协同机制的实证研究

Abstract:
本文以河南财经政法大学为研究对象,深入探讨书院制社区化背景下“双院”协同机制与制度创新。从不少实际案例来看,传统教育模式有时难以实现资源的最优配置,同时,在学生的能力培育方面,可能会出现顾此失彼的状况,不利于学生的全面成长。由此书院制社区化及“双院”协同机制的出现为高等教育创新发展带来新契机。目前,该校在书院制社区化建设方面虽取得一定成效,但“双院”协同机制仍存在管理体制职责不清、资源配置不均衡、协同育人目标不一致等问题。为推动“双院”协同育人,该校需明确书院与学院职责,建立协调机制与信息共享系统,优化资源配置,融合通识与专业课程体系。同时,从管理体制、激励制度、评价制度三方面创新,提升育人效果。
This paper takes Henan University of Economics and Law as the research object, and in-depth explores the “double college” coordination mechanism and institutional innovation under the background of community-oriented college system. From many practical cases, the traditional education model is sometimes difficult to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, and at the same time, in the cultivation of students’ abilities, there may be a situation of neglecting one thing and neglecting another, which is not conducive to the comprehensive growth of students. Therefore, the emergence of the community-oriented college system and the “double college” coordination mechanism has brought new opportunities for the innovative development of higher education. At present, although the university has achieved certain results in the construction of the community-oriented college system, the “double college” coordination mechanism still has problems such as unclear management system responsibilities, uneven resource allocation, and inconsistent collaborative education goals. In order to promote the “double college” collaborative education, the university needs to clarify the responsibilities of the college and the community, establish coordination mechanisms and information sharing systems, optimize resource allocation, integrate general education and professional curriculum systems. At the same time, from the aspects of management system, incentive system, and evaluation system, it is necessary to innovate and improve the education effect.
