2001~2021年全国旅游业碳排放时空分异及脱钩研究
Research on Spatiotemporal Differentiation and Decoupling of Carbon Emissions in the National Tourism Industry from 2001 to 2021

本文采用“自下而上”法，对2001~2021年全国旅游业碳排放量进行测算，并进行时空特征分析；同时采用Tapio脱钩模型，分析旅游业碳排放量与旅游经济的增长关系。结果表明，第一，在时间顺序上，全国碳排放量持续增长，但在2020年由于新冠疫情急剧下降。在空间格局上，全国旅游业碳排放量分布不均，东部地区排放量较大；第二，全国旅游业碳排放整体上大部分时间呈现弱脱钩状态，说明全国旅游业碳排放尚未实现脱钩，在减排和实现脱钩方面仍需努力。
This article adopts the “bottom-up” method to calculate the carbon emissions of the national tourism industry from 2001 to 2021 and conducts spatiotemporal characteristic analysis; simultaneously using the Tapio decoupling model, it analyzes the relationship between carbon emissions in the tourism industry and the growth of the tourism economy. The results show that, firstly, in chronological order, the national carbon emissions continue to grow, but in 2020 decline sharply due to the COVID-19 epidemic. In terms of spatial pattern, the distribution of carbon emissions from the national tourism industry is uneven, with higher emissions in the eastern region; secondly, the overall carbon emissions of the national tourism industry have shown a weak decoupling state for most of the time, indicating that the carbon emissions of the national tourism industry have not yet achieved decoupling, and efforts are still needed in reducing emissions and achieving decoupling.
