青少年心理健康研究综述
A Review of Research on Adolescent Mental Health

青少年心理健康是全球关注的公共卫生议题，其影响因素包括内部因素(生理变化、学业压力等)和外部因素(家庭环境、学校氛围、社会环境等)。家庭中父母忽视孩子精神需求、家庭矛盾等，学校里学业竞争、不良教育环境等，社会上网络信息误导、污名化现象等，均对青少年心理健康产生负面影响。为解决这些问题，需家庭、学校、社会协同合作。家庭应提升育儿认知，增进亲子关系；学校要完善心理健康教育机制，营造积极教育环境；社会需重视心理健康服务体系构建，加强基础研究和标准化建设。通过各方努力，建立心理健康管理模式，为青少年心理健康筑牢“防护墙”，助力其健康成长。
Adolescent mental health is a global public health concern. Factors affecting adolescent mental health include internal factors (such as physiological changes and academic pressure) and external factors (such as family environment, school atmosphere, and social environment). In families, parents’ neglect of children’s spiritual needs and family conflicts, in schools, academic competition and poor educational environment, and in society, misleading online information and stigmatization all have negative impacts on adolescent mental health. To address these issues, families, schools, and society need to work together. Families should enhance parenting knowledge and improve parent-child relationships; schools need to improve mental health education mechanisms and create a positive educational environment; society must pay more attention to the construction of mental health service systems and strengthen basic research and standardization. Through the joint efforts of all parties, an effective mental health management model should be established to build a “protective wall” for adolescent mental health and support their healthy growth.
