来华留学生课堂手机成瘾干预方案研究

Abstract:
来华留学生课堂手机成瘾现象普遍,且直接影响课堂质量与学生学习效果、增加教师课堂管理难度,阻碍教学质量有效提升。针对此问题,本研究以139位手机成瘾得分在51分(中位数)以上者为调研对象,分析其手机成瘾的状态和原因,并从学校、教师和学生三方提出干预方案,最终通过方案评估得出有效性高且可行性高的方案,以此为干预来华留学生课堂手机成瘾提供参考。
The prevalence of mobile phone dependency among international students in Chinese classrooms has become a widespread phenomenon, directly impairing instructional quality and academic performance while escalating challenges for teachers in classroom management, thereby hindering effective pedagogical improvement. To address this issue, this study focuses on 139 participants with mobile addiction scores exceeding 51 points (the median threshold), analyzing their behavioral patterns and underlying causes of smartphone dependency. Then the study propose intervention plans from universities, teachers, and international students, and ultimately evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the plans to provide reference for intervening in mobile phone addiction among Chinese international students in the classroom.
