大宗商品是全球经济的基础，在国际贸易中占据重要地位，然而，大宗商品市场的虚假贸易问题一直困扰着监管者，虚假贸易行为不仅严重扭曲了市场正常的价格形成机制，打破了公平公正的市场竞争环境，还可能引发系统性金融风险，进而造成资源的不合理配置、国家税收的大量流失等诸多不良后果。本文主要论述了大宗商品虚假贸易的相关过程，并针对三个案例进行成因分析，风险预测和防控，旨在为监管部门提供极具价值的决策参考，帮助其更为精准、高效地识别和防范大宗商品虚假贸易行为，为大宗商品市场的健康、有序发展保驾护航。
Commodities are the foundation of the global economy and occupy an important position in international trade, however, the problem of false trade in the commodity market has been plaguing regulators, and the false trade behavior not only seriously distorts the normal price formation mechanism of the market, breaks the fair and just market competition environment, but also may cause systemic financial risks, and then cause many adverse consequences such as unreasonable allocation of resources and a large loss of national tax revenue. This paper mainly discusses the relevant process of false trade in bulk commodities, and analyzes the causes, risk prediction and prevention and control of three cases, aiming to provide valuable decision-making reference for regulatory authorities, help them identify and prevent false trade in bulk commodities more accurately and efficiently, and escort the healthy and orderly development of the bulk commodity market.
