奈格里非物质劳动理论视阈下的非物质劳动异化及其辩证发展
The Alienation and Dialectical Development of Immaterial Labor under the Perspective of Negri’s Theory of Immaterial Labor

本研究聚焦于数字时代非物质劳动异化现象，探讨其对社会结构及个体生活的影响，并借助奈格里非物质劳动理论解析此现象，提出解放路径。在数字技术的推动下，非物质劳动成为经济重要组成，但伴随而来的是劳动异化加剧，影响劳动者的自主性、劳动成果分配及社会关系。本研究采用文献综述与案例分析，揭示非物质劳动异化的多维度表现。奈格里的理论为理解这一现象提供了新视角，指出技术背后的社会结构变迁，并启发我们从技术伦理、法律制度及劳动者意识提升等方面探索解放路径。由此可得出奈格里理论在指导数字时代劳动问题解决中具有重要实践意义。
This study focuses on the phenomenon of alienation in immaterial labor in the digital age, exploring its impact on social structure and individual life, and uses Negri’s theory of immaterial labor to analyze this phenomenon and propose a path to liberation. Driven by digital technology, immaterial labor has become an important component of the economy, but it is accompanied by an intensification of labor alienation, affecting the autonomy of workers, the distribution of labor outcomes, and social relations. This study adopts a literature review and case analysis to reveal the multi-dimensional manifestations of alienation in immaterial labor. Negri’s theory provides a new perspective for understanding this phenomenon, pointing out the changes in the social structure behind technology and inspiring us to explore the path to liberation from aspects such as technological ethics, legal systems, and the enhancement of workers’ consciousness. Thus, it can be concluded that Negri’s theory has significant practical significance in guiding the solution of labor problems in the digital age.
