孕期营养干预对母婴健康和妊娠结局的影响

Abstract:
目的:本研究旨在探讨孕期营养干预对母婴健康和妊娠结局的影响。方法:随机抽取自2021年6月~2022年4月在扬州市妇幼保健院产检的早孕妇女,按是否接受营养干预分为干预组和对照组,每组160例,比较两组妊娠合并症和妊娠结局。结果:干预组妊娠期糖尿病发病率、剖宫产率和巨大儿发生率均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:孕期科学合理的个性化膳食营养指导,可以降低妊娠期糖尿病、巨大儿和剖宫产的发生率,促进母婴健康,值得推广。
Objective: This study aims to explore the effects of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on maternal and infant health and pregnancy outcomes. Method: Early pregnant women who underwent prenatal check ups at Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected and divided into an intervention group and a control group based on whether they received nutritional intervention, with 160 cases in each group. The pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence rate of gestational diabetes, the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of macrosomia in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Scientific and reasonable individualized dietary nutrition guidance during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of diabetes, macrosomia and cesarean section, and promote maternal and infant health, which is worth promoting.
