Abstract:

甲状腺激素抵抗综合征(Resistance to Thyroid Hormone, RTH)是人体靶组织对甲状腺激素反应性降低导致的综合征,其最常见的病因是甲状腺激素受体的基因突变。RTH的生化特征及临床表现各异,同时RTH还可合并其他各类疾病,临床上常常误诊。总而言之,RTH的诊断及治疗目前仍然较为棘手。本文就RTH的相关研究作一综述,旨在提高对RTH的认识,减少误诊率。
Resistance to Thyroid Hormone (RTH) is a syndrome caused by reduced responsiveness of human target tissues to thyroid hormones. The most common etiology is gene mutation of thyroid hormone receptors. RTH is characterized by heterogeneous biochemical features and clinical manifestations. Additionally, RTH may be complicated with various comorbidities, often leading to clinical misdiagnosis. In summary, the diagnosis and treatment of RTH remain challenging currently. This article provides a short review of relevant research on RTH, aiming to enhance the understanding of this disease and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
