城市书房数字化改造与公共文化服务提升策略研究——以扬州城市书房为例
Study on the Digital Transformation of Urban Libraries and Strategies for Enhancing Public Cultural Services—Taking Yangzhou Urban Libraries as an Example

城市书房作为新型公共阅读空间，已成为提升公众文化素养的重要平台。本文以扬州城市书房为研究对象，探讨其数字化改造路径与公共文化服务提升策略。研究发现，当前城市书房多面临经费保障不足、权责划分模糊等问题，亟须通过建立多元筹资机制、构建智慧管理平台等策略实现可持续发展。
As a new type of public reading space, urban library has become an important platform to enhance public cultural literacy. This paper takes Yangzhou city library as the research object, and explores its digital transformation path and public cultural service enhancement strategy. It is found that the current urban library is facing problems such as insufficient financial security and ambiguous division of authority and responsibility, and it is urgent to realize sustainable development by establishing a multi-dimensional financing mechanism and building a smart management platform strategy.
