皮尔斯三元符号理论视角下视觉诗的研究——以彼得·巴里对具象诗的研究为例
Reading Visual Poetry from Prirce’s Theory of Triadic Relation—A Study of Peter Barry’s Concrete Canticles

本文以皮尔斯三元符号理论为指导，结合彼得·巴里对视觉诗的分类，探讨了彼得·巴里解读视觉诗的过程。分析发现，视觉诗的视觉化程度越高，其解释项越丰富，读者通过符号与对象的互动生成超越文本的新意义，凸显了三元符号理论对理解视觉诗多元性的阐释力。研究不仅进一步促使读者积极解读诗歌，也拓宽了视觉诗的研究视角。
Guided by Prirce’s theory of Triadic Relation and incorporating Peter Barry’s classification of visual poetry, this paper aims to explore the process of Peter Barry’s interpretation of visual poetry. It is found that the higher the degree of visuality in visual poetry, the richer its interpretants become, as readers generate new meanings beyond the text through the interaction between Representamen and objects. This proves the explanatory power of the theory of Triadic Relation in understanding the multiplicity of visual poetry. The study not only promotes the reader’s active interpretation of the poem but also expands the analytical scope of visual poetry research.
