Abstract:

在数字化转型加速推进的背景下,大中小学思政引领力面临主体性弱化、内容适配断层、评价机制失灵等多重挑战。本文以协同演进为视角,分析数字化环境下思政引领力的现实困境,提出以技术赋能、边界约束与价值回归为核心的生成逻辑,构建认知启蒙–情感认同–实践创新的螺旋式引领模型。结合学段特点,探索游戏化引领、议题式引领与共创式引领等实践路径,旨在为数字化时代大中小学思政引领力的协同提升提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the accelerated advancement of digital transformation, ideological and political guidance capacity in primary, secondary and tertiary education is confronted with multiple challenges such as weakened subjectivity, content mismatch, and dysfunctional evaluation mechanisms. This paper, from the perspective of collaborative evolution, analyzes the realistic dilemmas of ideological and political guidance capacity in the digital environment, proposes a generation logic centered on technological empowerment, boundary constraints, and value return, and constructs a spiral guidance model of cognitive enlightenment-emotional identification-practical innovation. Combining the characteristics of different educational stages, it explores practical paths such as gamified guidance, issue-based guidance, and co-creation guidance, aiming to provide references for the collaborative enhancement of ideological and political guidance capacity in primary, secondary and tertiary education in the digital age.
