目的论视角下《骆驼祥子》人物刻画翻译研究——以虎妞为例
On the Translation of Characterization in “Camel Xiangzi” from the Perspective of Skopos Theory—A Case Study of Tigress

《骆驼祥子》以描绘底层劳动人民的生活为背景来体现社会的不公与个人命运的悲剧，小说中的人物形象鲜明，有善良勤劳的主人公祥子，也有精明的剥削者刘四。本文旨在以目的论为指导，基于目的论三原则和翻译策略，对小说中虎妞人物形象塑造时所采取的翻译方法加以分析研究，研究成果为目的语学者及翻译工作者提供一定的参考价值。
“Camel Xiangzi” depicts the life of the working people at the bottom as the background to reflect the tragedy of social injustice and personal fate. The characters in the novel are vivid, including the kind and hardworking hero Xiangzi and the shrewd exploiter Liu Si. Based on the three principles of Skopos Theory and translation strategies, this paper aims to analyze and study the translation methods adopted in the characterization of Tigress in the novel under the guidance of Skopos theory. The research results provide some reference value for target language scholars and translators.
