同声传译中听辨障碍成因分析以及应对策略——以扬州–意大利饮食文化交流活动发言人讲话为例
Analysis of the Causes of Auditory Discrimination Obstacles in Simultaneous Interpretation and Strategies to Cope with Them—Yangzhou-Italy Food Culture Exchange Program Speech as an Example

扬州，素有美食之都的称号，与“西餐之母”意大利有着深厚的友谊。意方发言人在本次交流活动上的讲话主要围绕着美食与文化的议题展开。该讲话的同传过程中，出现了听辨障碍的问题，本篇文章将集中探讨听辨障碍出现的成因以及对应的解决策略。经过分析，得出听辨障碍的成因有口音陌生，背景知识缺乏，同传后期精力不足因素造成。在认知负荷模型的指导下，本文将依次给出相应解决策略，旨在降低今后类似问题的发生率，有效提高同传质量，也将对同声传译的研究与教学产生积极的推动作用。
Yangzhou, known as the capital of cuisine, has a deep friendship with Italy, the “mother of Western cuisine”. The Italian spokesperson’s speech at this exchange event mainly focused on the topic of food and culture. In the process of simultaneous interpreting of the speech, there was a problem of hearing barriers. This article will focus on the causes of hearing barriers and the corresponding solutions. After analysis, the causes of hearing impairment are unfamiliar accent, lack of background knowledge, and lack of energy in the late simultaneous interpreting. Under the guidance of Effort Models, this paper will give corresponding solutions in order to reduce the incidence of similar problems in the future, effectively improve the quality of simultaneous interpreting, and will also play a positive role in promoting the research and teaching of simultaneous interpretation.
