中、重度颅脑损伤患者延续护理研究进展

Abstract:
本文从延续护理的概念、国内外延续护理模式、中重度患者延续护理需求、延续护理服务形式和效果评价五方面进行综述，总结目前中、重度颅脑损伤患者延续护理目前开展所存在不足之处，以期为后续完善中、重度颅脑损伤患者延续护理服务的开展提供参考。
This paper reviews five aspects: the concept of continuing care, the continuing care models at home and abroad, the continuing care needs of patients with moderate to severe craniocerebral injury, the forms of continuing care services, and the evaluation of effects. It summarizes the existing deficiencies in the current implementation of continuing care for patients with moderate to severe craniocerebral injury, with the aim of providing a reference for the subsequent improvement of the implementation of continuing care services for patients with moderate to severe craniocerebral injury.
