实践育人新思路探索——以“四位一体”工作法助力研究生“双创”为切入点

Abstract:
本文以“四位一体”工作法为逻辑起点,通过剖析当前研究生“双创”教育现状与问题,结合丰富数据与典型案例,构建“四位一体”实践育人模型,提出具体实施路径与策略,旨在提升研究生“双创”能力提供新思路和新范式,助力高校培养适应社会需求的高素质创新型人才。
This article takes the “Four-in-one” working method as the logical starting point. By analyzing the current situation and problems of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” education for postgraduate students, combined with rich data and typical cases, it constructs a “Four-in-one” practical education model and proposes specific implementation paths and strategies, aiming to provide new ideas and paradigms for enhancing the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” capabilities of postgraduate students. Help colleges and universities cultivate high-quality innovative talents that meet the needs of society.
