Abstract:

随着“以学生为中心”教育理念的深化,体育俱乐部模式因其灵活性与自主性成为国内外体育教育改革的重要方向。基于传统体育教学模式存在的课程僵化、评价单一及数字化应用不足等问题,通过整合教育资源,优化教学方法,以羽毛球俱乐部为例,探索体育俱乐部模式“教–练–赛–测–思”一体化育人体系,旨在全面提升学生的体育技能、团队协作能力、竞技水平及自我反思能力。希望为高校体育教学改革提供新思路和实践范式。
With the deepening of the “student-centered” educational concept, the sports club model, characterized by its flexibility and autonomy, has become an important direction for sports education reform both at home and abroad. In response to the problems existing in the traditional sports teaching model, such as rigid courses, single evaluation methods, and insufficient application of digital technology, this paper explores an integrated education system of “Teaching-Training-Competition-Assessment-Reflection” based on the sports club model, taking the badminton club as an example. The aim is to comprehensively enhance students’ sports skills, teamwork abilities, competitive levels, and self-reflection capabilities, and to provide new ideas and practical models for the reform of college sports teaching.
