乡村振兴背景下农业小微企业可持续发展路径研究
Research on the Sustainable Development Path of Agricultural Small and Micro Enterprises under the Background of Rural Revitalization

本研究聚焦乡村振兴战略下农业小微企业的可持续发展问题，通过分析当前农业小微企业在乡村经济中的关键作用及其面临的发展瓶颈，探讨政策支持、科技创新、金融赋能与人才培养等多维度的协同发展路径。文章基于广东清远、山东滨州等地的实践案例，结合北京市支持农产品加工中小企业的政策措施，构建了“政策–科技–金融–人才”四位一体的农业小微企业可持续发展模型，为乡村振兴背景下激发农村经济内生动力提供理论参考与实践指导。
This study focuses on the sustainable development of agricultural small and micro enterprises under the strategy of rural revitalization. By analyzing the key role of agricultural small and micro enterprises in the rural economy and the development bottlenecks they face, it explores multi-dimensional collaborative development paths such as policy support, technological innovation, financial empowerment, and talent cultivation. The article is based on practical cases in Qingyuan, Guangdong and Binzhou, Shandong, and combines Beijing’s policy measures to support small and medium-sized enterprises in agricultural product processing to construct a sustainable development model for agricultural small and micro enterprises that integrates “policy, technology, finance, and talent”. This model provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for stimulating the endogenous driving force of rural economy under the background of rural revitalization.
