Abstract:

对国内某厂的锌浸出渣开展分析,其中含有Zn 17.82%、In 0.037%,都具有可回收的价值,故在挥发过程中,开展氧气氛、配碳量、焦煤比、反应温度、反应时间对锌铟挥发的影响试验,并确定在密闭环境、焦粉配比35%、挥发温度1250℃、挥发1.5 h的条件下,锌、铟得到了较好的富集,锌和铟的挥发率分别达到99.9%和92%,有效地提高了铟的挥发率。
An analysis was carried out on the zinc leaching residue of a domestic factory. It contains 17.82% Zn and 0.037% In, both of which have recyclable value. Therefore, during the volatilization process, experiments were carried out on the influence of oxygen atmosphere, carbon dosage, coke-coal ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the volatilization of zinc and indium. And it was determined that under the conditions of a closed environment, a coke powder ratio of 35%, a volatilization temperature of 1250?C, and volatilization for 1.5 hours, zinc and indium were better enriched. The volatilization rates of zinc and indium reached 99.9% and 92% respectively, effectively increasing the volatilization rate of indium.
