Abstract:

本研究以云南医药健康职业学院22级临床医学、23级临床医学和23级口腔医学专业学生为对象,深入探究心理资本、教师支持与学习投入之间的关系。通过问卷调查收集数据,并运用统计分析方法进行实证研究。结果显示,心理资本显著正向影响学习投入,教师支持在其中起部分中介作用。基于此,从学校、教师和学生层面提出针对性教育建议,为提升该校学生学习投入水平、优化教育质量提供理论依据与实践指导。
This study takes the students majoring in Clinical Medicine in Grade 22 and Grade 23, and Stomatology in Grade 23 of Yunnan Vocational College of Medicine and Health as the research objects, and deeply explores the relationship among psychological capital, teacher support and learning engagement. Data were collected through questionnaires and empirical research was conducted using statistical analysis methods. The results show that psychological capital has a significant positive impact on learning engagement, and teacher support plays a partial mediating role. Based on this, targeted educational suggestions are put forward from the aspects of schools, teachers and students, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the learning engagement level of students in this college and optimizing the education quality.
