Abstract:

随着ChatGPT等生成式人工智能技术的快速发展,语言服务行业正经历深刻变革。人工智能在翻译、内容创作、语言教育等领域的广泛应用,对传统语言服务人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。本研究以云南省高校为例,探讨在人工智能背景下如何优化语言服务人才培养模式,以适应行业需求的变化。通过文献分析和案例研究,本文分析了当前语言服务行业对人才的核心需求,并提出了“AI + 语言服务”的复合型人才培养策略,包括课程体系优化、实践能力强化和跨学科融合等建议,以期为云南省高校语言服务人才培养提供参考。
With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT, the language service industry is undergoing profound changes. The wide application of artificial intelligence in fields such as translation, content creation, and language education has posed new challenges to the traditional talent cultivation model for language services. This study takes universities in Yunnan Province as an example to explore how to optimize the talent cultivation model of language services under the background of artificial intelligence to adapt to the changes in industry demands. Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper analyzes the core demands for talents in the current language service industry and proposes a compound talent cultivation strategy of “AI + language service”, including suggestions such as optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening practical abilities, and interdisciplinary integration, with the aim of providing a reference for the cultivation of language service talents in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.
