宜宾学院体育教育专业篮球裁判员培养现状研究
Study on the Current Situation of Basketball Referee Training in Physical Education Major at Yibin University

在高校体育领域，一场精彩纷呈、公平公正的高校篮球赛事，不仅需要热血拼搏的运动员与热情高涨的观众，更离不开业务精湛、经验丰富的专业篮球裁判员。通过文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法等，以宜宾学院体育教育专业学生篮球裁判员为研究对象，对宜宾学院体育教育专业学生篮球裁判员培养的现状进行调查分析。得出以下结论：第一，宜宾学院体育教育专业篮球裁判员性别比例失衡，且水平参差不齐；第二，宜宾学院体育教育专业篮球裁判员执裁经验不足；第三，宜宾学院篮球裁判员课程培训不足；第四，宜宾学院体育教育专业篮球裁判员临场执裁表现不稳定；第五，心理素质与规则掌握需加强。基于此，提出促进性别平等、搭建实践平台、优化课程体系、完善考核与激励机制、加强心理素质训练等建议。
In the field of college sports, a vibrant and fair college basketball tournament not only requires passionate athletes and enthusiastic spectators but also relies on professional basketball referees with excellent skills and rich experience. Through a literature review, field investigation, and questionnaire surveys, this study focuses on basketball referees from the Physical Education major at Yibin University, analyzing the current status of their training. The following conclusions are drawn: First, there is an imbalance in the gender ratio among basketball referees from the Physical Education major at Yibin University, and their skill levels vary widely; second, these referees lack sufficient refereeing experience; Third, the course training for basketball referees at Yibin University is insufficient; Fourth, the performance of on-court officiating by basketball referees from the Physical Education major at Yibin University is inconsistent; Fifth, psychological qualities and rule understanding need improvement. Based on these findings, suggestions are proposed to promote gender equality, establish practical platforms, optimize the curriculum system, improve evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and enhance psychological training.
