Abstract:

随着人口老龄化的形势日益严峻,老年人的生活质量和健康状况下降,其认知功能也逐渐下降。其中,老年轻度认知障碍患者缺乏社会参与行为,易发生抑郁的心理状态。因此,本文主要对轻度认知障碍及抑郁的定义、抑郁的评估工具及两者之间的关系进行综述,以期提高对老年轻度认知障碍患者抑郁心理的关注,为今后实施针对性的干预措施提供依据。
With the increasingly severe aging of the population, the quality of life and health status of the elderly are declining, and their cognitive function is also gradually declining. Among them, elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment lack social participation behavior and are prone to depression. Therefore, this article mainly reviews the definitions of mild cognitive impairment and depression, assessment tools for depression, and the relationship between the two, in order to increase attention to the depression psychology of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment and provide a basis for implementing targeted intervention measures in the future.
