Abstract:

随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等前沿数智技术的迭代升级,高校心理健康教育的数智化转型已成为新时代教育发展的必然趋势,新一代的数智技术不断推进高校心理健康教育在资源整合、知识普及、场景跃迁等方面进行变革和创新。但同时,数智技术在赋能高校心理健康教育转型过程中也会面临着数字人才储备短缺与教育理念落后、数据隐私与伦理风险问题和转型机制缺乏统筹的现实困境。为此,需以转变思维为基础、以防范风险为保障、以统筹机制为支撑,推动高校心理健康教育数智化创新实践,构建完善、高效、安全的心理健康教育体系。
With the iterative upgrading of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge digital technologies, the digital transformation of mental health education in colleges and universities has become an inevitable trend in the development of education in the new era, and the new generation of digital technology continues to promote the mental health education in colleges and universities in the integration of resources, popularization of knowledge, and scenarios of leapfrogging to carry out changes and innovations. But at the same time, digital intelligence technology in empowering the transformation of mental health education in colleges and universities will also face the shortage of digital talent reserves and backward educational concepts, data privacy and ethical risks and the lack of co-ordination of the transformation mechanism of the reality of the dilemma. In this regard, it is necessary to promote the innovative practice of digitalization of mental health education in colleges and universities based on the change of thinking, risk prevention, and the support of a coordinated mechanism, so as to build a perfect, efficient, and safe mental health education system.
